We are one of the leading commercial law firms in Switzerland with offices in Zurich and Geneva.

We are looking for a Zurich based

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the firm’s finance, IT and HR operations – reporting to Executive Management
  • Overall management of the firm’s operational back-office staff
  • Drive project implementation and execution
  • Ensure and optimize process flows to enhance operational performance
  • Administrative support for Executive Management/Chair

 Your profile:

  • Experience as COO, office manager or other executive managerial function, ideally in the legal profession or professional services firm
  • Strong in process implementation
  • Team player, entrepreneurial and authentic leader with impeccable reputation
  • Ability to think strategically in a multidisciplinary approach
  • High level of commitment, pronounced resilience and exceptional social skills
  • Fluent in German and English, French an advantage
