Main Tasks

 

Develop and deliver an education program for orthopaedic surgeons including Geistlich’s own courses, symposia at international congresses, surgical skills courses and webinars to ensure that healthcare professionals (HCPs) are up to date with clinical practice and current evidence.

 

Collaborate with KOLs and HCPs: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and HCPs to develop and disseminate high quality learning content.

 

Define course objectives, content and target customer groups for the events in collaboration with Marketing & Sales and HCPs, taking into account business objectives.

 

Create and maintain educational materials: develop and update standardized content (slide deck), presentations for speakers and KOLs, videos and other didactic materials based on current clinical evidence as well as summaries of scientific publications

for training the sales force and for use in social media channels.

 

Select and propose speakers for the various events based on defined criteria and communicate with HCPs regarding availability, scope of activity and contracts.

 

Establishing and maintaining partnerships (Partnering program) with leading international orthopaedic societies.

 

Evaluating and improving the training program: Reviewing the effectiveness of the events through data analysis.

 

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Clinical Affairs to leverage synergies and ensure training programs support business objectives.

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

 

Passion for regenerative and joint-preserving solutions for joint injuries and early joint degeneration.

 

University degree in health sciences, movement science, biotechnology or a related field.

 

Ideally 3-5 years of experience in training orthopaedic/trauma surgeons in the field of joint preservation, including conducting theoretical and practical courses such as surgical skills courses

 

Experience and interest in collaborating with international KOLs and HCPs in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology

 

Competence in evaluating and summarizing scientific publications and preparing slide decks for third parties

 

Well-structured working style, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English as well as very good presentation skills

 

Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams

 

Independent, creative and solution-oriented thinking with practical implementation skills as well as a high degree of initiative, resilience and flexibility

 

Knowledge of dealing with social media

 

Customer-oriented understanding of service
