Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi’s Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group’s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Lead the Track Experience and Hospitality Team, overseeing all trackside hospitality and guest experiences for the Audi F1 project
Strategically develop, plan and execute premium hospitality and memorable guest experiences at all touch points– in team hospitality, motorhome, Paddock Club and garage
Develop and manage the end-to-end guest journey, covering pre-event communication, registration, arrival, on-site experiences, catering, logistics, transport and post event coordination
Oversee and continuously optimize guest management processes, accreditation, including guest and event documentation, and on-site guest handling
Set and implement VIP and Paddock Club service standards, ensuring exclusive and seamless experiences for high-profile guests
Deliver a highly personalized and tailored service approach, ensuring a world-class service-level experience
Ensure flawless execution of partner activations, special events, and hospitality engagements at the track
Oversee specialized guest handling agencies, ensuring seamless guest management and hospitality services
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfaction
Maintain premium catering standards, collaborating closely with catering partners
Develop and implement standard operational processes and procedures
Continuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvements
Implement quality control measures to maintain highest execution standards
Manage budgeting, cost control and financial planning for hospitality and guest experience operations
Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements
Your profile
8+ years of experience in event management, guest experience or hospitality management (preferably in motorsports or luxury hospitality)
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, agency coordination and stakeholder engagement
Expertise in guest handling, concierge-level service and guest journey optimization
Strong event and project management skills
Pro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environments
Strong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments and engagement dynamics
Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
Proficient in standard office software
