Our new flagship lounge in Zurich is where high-speed competition meets high-class hospitality, and we need a passionate Chef de Service  to elevate our guests’ experience.

Your Responsibilities 

• Bar work, preparing drinks and cocktails
• Responsible for the smooth running of the service area at lunchtime and in the evening
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lounge and bar area
• Assisting with the preparation and implementation of events in the lounge
• Processing of booking transactions and accounting formalities
• Advising guests on food and drinks and the simulator experience
• Independent management of a service station
• Compliance with storage and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Your Qualification

• Completed training in the hotel or catering industry and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Flexibility and willingness to change working hours, including weekends
• Well-groomed appearance
• Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with guests
• Creativity and openness to new ideas
• You have a very good command of German or English
• Interest in motorsport experiences and event catering
