Your role

As CRM Assistant in Booking Center International at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a solution oriented and proactive individual who will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of administration, and provide high level service. 

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting CRMs for both direct and offshore booking centers with queries and resolving corresponding requests
  • Handling payments, transfers, deposits and check related KYT and follow up their processing
  • Ensuring customer transactions and interactions adhere to legal & regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
  • Prepare account opening including checking opening for shared business accounts and their follow up
  • Executing trading orders, inputs such stock exchange and Fx trades.
  • Corporate actions
  • Prepare confirmation letters and reference letters
  • Follow up with issues (KYC, KYT, Fatca, Tax Compliance)

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship and/or Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics 
  • 5 years of practical experience in a similar position as well as industry specific knowledge is required 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage 
  • Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work with various stakeholder and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Capability to work independently, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure 
  • Fluent in English and French
