You will be part of the Process, Quality, and Compliance Team in the Group Division Innovation. One of the team’s central accountabilities is driving Compliance Management to support Belimo products› compliance with regulatory requirements applicable in the HVAC industry throughout the product life cycle.
What You’ll Do
You will monitor the regulatory landscape of digital laws and regulations, identifying relevant regulations and standards, defining compliance requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring their timely implementation throughout the product life cycle.
Additionally, you will interact with external experts on digital laws and regulations, integrating their expertise into the organization to strengthen compliance efforts.
Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in the Group Division Innovation, ensuring readiness for upcoming regulations and legislations that will take effect in the coming years.
In addition, you will contribute to the identification of process and methodology improvements while driving the further implementation of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle, Security-by-Design measures, Risk Assessment/Threat Modeling methodologies, and Vulnerability Remediation.
Moreover, you will represent the Group Division Innovation in Belimo’s Information Coordination Expert Group and collaborate with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and the Information Security Expert in Production to enhance Belimo’s data and cybersecurity in both the industrial and IoT environments.
You will also support the product management organization in addressing compliance requests related to digital aspects from the market and customers.
Additionally, you will assist the procurement division in evaluating suppliers› compliance.
Who You Are
You have a higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Law combined with a couple of years of experience as a Product Compliance Engineer with an affinity for cybersecurity regulations, product security, and risk management.
You are a pragmatic and solution-oriented coordinator who can navigate challenges with a hands-on approach.
You have hands-on experience implementing information security concepts based on international standards/best practices, ideally in a global industrial environment.
You possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, and you are capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Solid expertise in Threat Modeling & Vulnerability Management would be an asset as profound understanding of upcoming regulations and standards like, but not limited to, the Cyber Resilie Ace Act (CRA), EU Data Act, and Product Liability Directive (EU2024/2853).
