As Front Office Manager (m/f/d) in our exclusive 5-star superior hotel, you are the central point for the guest experience. You lead the Front Office team with passion, ensure top-notch service, and contribute significantly to high guest satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who, with their knowledge and passion, welcomes and cares for the guests of our hotel at the highest level.
Your Mission:
- Leadership with Vision – You lead the Front Office team, coach your employees, and ensure top performance as well as inspiring training sessions.
- Guest Experience at the Highest Level – You guarantee a flawless first and last impression, personally take care of VIPs, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Optimization & Strategy – You analyze workflows, implement innovative standards, and continuously enhance guest experiences and internal processes.
- Budget & Resource Management – You oversee scheduling, staff deployment, and cost control—always in alignment with our high standards.
- Excellence in Organization – You ensure compliance with LQA, Forbes, Swiss Deluxe, and ISO standards, setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality.
- Representation & Responsibility – As the face of our Front Office, you make confident decisions and embody the values of our establishment in every situation.

- Experience at the Highest Level – Several years of professional experience as an (Assistant) Front Office Manager in luxury hospitality.
- Charismatic Leadership – You inspire your team, lead by example, and bring passion to your role.
- Exceptional Hosting Skills – You combine professionalism with warmth and always find an elegant solution to any challenge.
- Organizational & Financial Acumen – Confident handling of budgeting, forecasts, staff scheduling, and time management systems.
- Technological Expertise – Experience with Protel, Opera Cloud, MS Office & digital guest systems.
- Linguistic Proficiency – Fluent in German (ideally mothertongue) & English; additional languages are a plus.
