To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a passionate

As a Graphic Design Lead at H. Moser & Cie., you will play an essential role in creating high-end, visually striking designs that reflect design and know-how of our watch collections. You will work within the marketing team to create compelling visual content for various platforms and materials. 

Your primary tasks  

• Create high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising, packaging, and more.
• Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics that communicate the brand’s image and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization for web, print, and mobile.
• Create assets for specific marketing campaign.
• Develop presentation decks, trade show materials, and promotional content.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and apply innovative design solutions.
• Ensure the maintenance and extension of the image database
• Review externally developed design with regards to their CI conformity 

Your profile  

• Graphic Designer Degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise, particularly in luxury branding and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for high-quality design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with varying timelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Native German or French, the other language is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Affinity with luxury brand standards and visual language.
