Our mandate
We are looking for an at short-term available
IT Supporter (f/m/d)
Your mission
- Provide competent and confident hands-on onsite Support within the SLAs
- Troubleshoot hardware & applications workplace incidents
- Find solutions in cooperation with the internal and external service providers
- Ensure a smooth process within the service hours
- Make certain that users expectations are met
Your profile
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT support (including onsite / field support)
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as good communication skills
- Confident handling of ticket systems and common IT tools (Windows, M365, Azure)
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
