Your Role
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure centralization, archiving and up-to-date knowledge of corporate, regulatory and governance information of the entities within the Group
- Assist in the preparation, coordination and submission of regulatory processes involving Group restructuring and effective management of up-to-date legal regulatory requirements
- Support the Secretary of the Board of Directors in scheduling meetings of the board of directors and shareholders of the Bank and prepare a broad range of related materials such as meeting agenda and supporting documents while assisting in the preparation of the minutes
- Provide support on ad-hoc corporate, legal, regulatory and compliance matters as required, as well as executive support to the Group General Counsel and Group Head of Legal in administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Bachelor in Law or Paralegal Certification
- First practical legal and corporate experience is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Detailed-oriented, capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion; highly organized; proactive approach; adaptability
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English
