Job Description

We are looking for a driven and Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key link between our supply and production chains, ensuring seamless coordination from the earliest project stages through to full-scale production. You will actively shape our procurement strategy and optimize supplier performance globally and locally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as an interface between Engineering, Product Management, and Strategic Procurement in development and customer projects

  • Ensure early involvement of Procurement in supplier selection for new projects

  • Independently conduct contract and price negotiations in an international environment

  • Procurement of capital goods in close cooperation with internal stakeholders

  • Analyze and implement cost-saving opportunities along the entire supply chain

  • Lead or contribute to sourcing and relocation projects

  • Represent Procurement in Product Care Teams for defined product groups

  • Identify and minimize procurement risks

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

  • Several years of experience in strategic or project purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment

  • Confident negotiation skills, including on an international level

  • Analytical mindset, assertiveness, and team spirit

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Good knowledge of SAP-MM
