Position:
As the Quality Improvement Engineer (m/f/d) you will:
- Identify and implement improvements in materials, KPIs, productivity, and QA processes.
- Lead and manage special projects aimed at optimizing quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate workshops to perform root cause analyses for quality incidents and non-conformities.
- Enhance organizational capabilities by aligning with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Work Systems (IWS).
- Administer and improve the local Quality Information Management System (QIMS), ensuring user-centric enhancements.
- Provide on-floor support to address material non-conformities and QA KPI performance issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality KPIs and perform statistical trend analyses.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Knowledge of TPM, IWS, etc. and/or experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous
