We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our newly opening Japanese fine dining restaurant in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for Japanese hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Train, mentor, and lead the service team in Japanese fine dining etiquette
  • Maintain a refined, seamless, and personalized service environment
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service execution
  • Manage reservations and guest relations with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or 5 star Hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining and hospitality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in EnglishGerman and/or Japanese is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
