Senior Operational Risk Manager
Job Description
Your Role
As Senior Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank’s operational risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Review of controls framework and identification of key controls
- Design and implementation of the test of control («ToC») framework
- Execution of the identified ToCs
- Maintenance of the framework over the years
- Reporting to Senior Management and issuing of recommendations when needed
Your Profile
- University degree (FH/University) in Finance or Economics
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of Audit, Operational Risk or controle permanent
- Experience with Test of Controls
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Capability to work independently
- Organizational skills
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
