Krippe zu St. Peter, a leading online retailer in Switzerland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Webshop-Betreuer (m/w/d) to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the webshop, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for our customers.
  • Monitor and analyze webshop performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to the webshop.
  • Ensure the webshop is up-to-date with product information, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
