Help for candidates

Create a free account with your email address and a password. Choose the "Candidate" role when registering. Once you have confirmed your email address, your dashboard is ready to use.

Your profile is the foundation for applications and AI matching. Add your work experience, education, skills, languages and preferred work location. A complete profile is easier for employers to find and produces more accurate job recommendations.

In the CV builder you assemble your CV from your profile data with drag and drop and save it as a PDF. You can create several CVs, for example for different fields. Alternatively, upload an existing CV as a PDF.

Use the job search with filters for location, job type, work model and experience level. To apply you need a CV from the CV builder or an uploaded PDF. A cover letter is optional but improves your chances.

• Save interesting jobs with the bookmark icon.
• Check the match score to see how well a job fits your profile.
• You can apply to each job only once – review your documents before submitting.

Create search agents with your criteria and receive new matching jobs by email instantly, daily or weekly. With AI matching enabled, jobs are additionally evaluated against your CV, not just by keywords. Alerts can be paused or deleted at any time.

Under "My applications" you can see the current status of every application: New, Under review, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired or Rejected. Status changes and interview invitations are also sent to you as notifications.

Employers can contact you through the message center, for example with follow-up questions or interview slots. You are notified by email whenever a new message arrives. Reply directly on the platform so the whole conversation stays in one place.

In the settings you can change your password and email address, manage notifications and decide whether your profile is visible to employers. You can also export your data or permanently delete your account there.
